The Butler Farmer's Market
The Butler City Farmer’s Market is held Saturday mornings at the following location from May to October 2026: 209 South Chestnut Street in downtown Butler, (set-up time – 8:00 a.m.) The Butler County Democrats will have a table there every other week, (alternating with the Flea Market) to interact with the community in a fun atmosphere while spreading the Democratic message.
Starting on May 30th the booth volunteers will help people register to vote, show people where their precincts are and provide information regarding those running for public office in 2026.
The Butler Flea Market
The Butler Flea Market is held Sunday mornings at Butler PA (Rt 8 North). The Butler County Democrats will have a table there every other week, (alternating with the Farmer’s Market), to interact with the community in a fun atmosphere while spreading the Democratic message. Starting in July – we need one to two people to assist in staffing the booth until November 1, 2026.
Volunteers will help in voter registration, show people where their precincts are, and provide information on those running for public office.
Staff our Booth at Cranberry Summer Nights
Working in the booth is a fun and exciting way to let other Dems know they are not alone here in Butler County. You may field questions, help someone register to vote, sign up for our mailing list or let them know how they too can volunteer. Want to help?
The Butler County Democrats need volunteers to work two-hour shifts in the booth at Cranberry Summer Nights, July 9 – 11 (Th/Fr/Sa), and to set-up on July 8 (Wed) and tear down on July 12 (Sun). Estimated time commitment: 2 hours during the Cranberry Summer Nights event.

Congratulate New Butler County Graduates Team
Seeking a team of computer-literate volunteers who are able to work independently to:
- Review the published lists of Graduates each semester.
- Send a “Congratulations on your graduation” preprinted postcard to these graduates.
- Preprinted postcards and stamps are provided.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Sheets is a plus.

Become a Precinct Committee Person
Democratic Precinct Committee Persons are volunteer, voting members of the Butler County Democratic Committee and act as a liaison between precinct voters and the Committee.
There are two ways to become a Butler County (PA) Democratic Precinct Committee Person:

- Explore a run for PCP of your precinct in the 2026 primary election. Please complete the PCP Interest Form to start a dialogue with our PCP team.
- Ask the BCDC Chair to consider appointing you to an open PCP position. Please download, complete and return the 2026 BCDC PCP Submission Letter.pdf to our office.
